Public Training Refund Policy

Full refunds: Requests made at least 30 days before the start date of the training program.
Partial refunds: Requests made at least 14 days before the start date of the training program.
No refunds: Requests made within 14 days of the start date of the training program or after the program has commenced.
2. Refund Amounts:
Full refunds: Participants who cancel their registration within the eligible timeframe for a full refund will receive 100% of the training fee.
Partial refunds: Participants who cancel their registration within the eligible timeframe for a partial refund will receive 50% of the training fee.
No refunds: Participants who cancel after the 14-day period before the training start date or after the program has begun are not eligible for refunds.
3. Transfer or Credit:
In some cases, participants may have the option to transfer their registration to a future training session or receive a credit that can be applied to other training programs offered by our organization. The availability of this option may be subject to the discretion of our administration.

In the event that our organization cancels a training program, participants will be offered a full refund of the training fee or the option to reschedule for a future training session.
